All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order ships, not when it's placed. Tracking information is sent by email once your order is on its way.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We're not shipping internationally at this time, but we're working on it.
Order tracking
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you don't see a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder, then contact us and we'll sort it out.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, let us know right away. We'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement at no cost to you.
